RISE Together: A Commitment to Diversity, Inclusion & Quality Care
At 51³Ô¹ÏÍø, we believe that healing begins when people feel seen, valued, and empowered. In every service we offer—from mental health counseling to substance use treatment—we are driven by and committed to the values of RISE:
R — Rise
We rise above stigma, barriers, and bias to create spaces of dignity and hope. Our team is committed to continuous growth, challenging inequities, and uplifting the voices of those too often unheard. We rise by learning, listening, and leading with cultural humility.
I — Inclusion
Inclusion is not just a principle—it’s our practice. We honor the lived experiences of every client, staff member, and community partner. Whether it’s language access, affirming care, or trauma-informed services for historically marginalized communities, we ensure that no one is left out or left behind.
S — Support
We support the whole person. This means culturally responsive care, trauma-informed practices, and a deep understanding of how race, identity, culture, and lived experience shape the healing journey. Our staff receive ongoing training in equity-centered practices to better support our diverse communities.
E — Elevate
We elevate every voice. We lift up client feedback, empower community leadership, and advocate for systems that reflect the diversity of the people we serve. Elevating also means investing in staff diversity, inclusive leadership, and equity in every decision we make.
Why It Matters:
We know that quality service cannot exist without equity and inclusion. Every client deserves personalized, respectful, and evidence-based care—delivered with cultural awareness and compassion. By living our RISE values every day, we improve outcomes, build trust, and create a behavioral health system where everyone has the chance to heal and thrive.

Our History
51³Ô¹ÏÍø has a long history of serving our community’s behavioral health needs since the 1950s. While the organization has evolved since our early days, we’re still driven by the same core beliefs: every person is unique, everyone can change, and everyone deserves respect.Â

Leadership
51³Ô¹Ï꿉۪s leadership team guides our staff to achieve our mission and vision every day. Our board of directors and executive team offer many years of collective experience in behavioral health and nonprofit management.Â
Under their leadership, 51³Ô¹ÏÍø innovates to provide quality care, change perceptions of people who have a diagnosis, and remove barriers to full participation in society.
